As a reminder – Renewals are due anytime between now and March 31st!   Please Mail a Check or Money Order Only.  Incomplete applications will be returned.  Please print legibly.

 

Renewals: allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your application for ease of processing.

New Members: New member cards will be mailed approx. 2-3 weeks after the meeting in which your application is presented, per HF&S Assn. bylaw requirements. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your application for ease of processing.   

Hummelstown Field & Stream Assn has monthly general meetings on the 2nd Monday of every month – 7pm.  Yearly membership runs from April 1 to March 31 of each year.   New members  applying after January 1  are accepted as new members through March 31 of the following year.   Questions regarding the process?  email questions to: membership@hummelstownfieldandstream.org
